Who do you supply to?

We supply to registered retail businesses across a range of sectors including pharmacies, bookstores, gift stores, supermarkets, fashion, zero-waste shops, and more. You can order from any of our brands: James&Co, CORKSTORE, and Earth Totes.

Can I order across different brands in one order?

Yes. All three brands are operated under the James&Co wholesale business. You can mix products from James&Co, CORKSTORE, and Earth Totes in a single wholesale order and qualify for the cross-brand discount. 

Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Yes. We keep MOQs low to make sustainable retail accessible. MOQs vary by product (e.g., 5 or 10 units). Product-specific MOQs are listed on our wholesale price page. Quantity discounts apply in each brand.

Do you offer private label or branded packaging

Not at this stage. 

Where are your products made?

We work with certified manufacturers in China, Portugal, and Nepal depending on the product. All facilities are selected based on their ethical and sustainable manufacturing standards.

What materials do you use?

 

  • James&Co: Washable paper 
  • CORKSTORE: FSC-certified cork from Portugal
  • Earth Totes: GOTS-certified organic cotton mesh and organic textiles
All materials are 100% vegan and environmentally friendly.

 

Do you offer samples?

Yes. Contact us to request samples if you'd like to review product quality before placing a wholesale order.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently offer wholesale supply across Australia. International retailers can contact us directly for options.
